Phyllis Roscoe Obituary

Phyllis C. Roscoe VIRGINIA BEACH - Phyllis Catherine Roscoe, 87, of the 1000 block of Miles Standish Road, passed away Aug. 29, 2009, in Sentara Bayside Hospital. A native of Belfast in Northern Ireland, she was the daughter of the late William and Georgia Robinson. She was an office manager for the Camp Fire Girls. She was a member of Haygood United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Arthur James Roscoe. A memorial service will be conducted Tuesday, Sept. 8, at 11:30 a.m. in Haygood United Methodist Church. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
