I wish all the family the same comfort and love Grandmother Gladys showed me during some very tough times. I loved her and will miss her letters and talking to her on occasion. I wish I had called more. I can't wait to see her in Heaven. She'll probably have the angels weaving, sewing & canning! What a wonderful lady! :-)

I did know this lady. She came into our family January 1967 and made an enormos inpact on our lives. She made a house a home again and always was there to do more than her part. She taught me more than I can put into words and was a wonderful grandmother to my children whom they love dearly. I pray that little Charli Grace will grow up to be the woman that her GreatGrandmother was. For Gladys was a legend and will always be in my heart and memories.

I don't know this family but recognize the name from the birth announcement for her namesake. I assume the is the very proud lady holding the precious baby in the announcement. What a wonderful gift to have given her as to name that child after her. We never know when our last day is, but I am sure that special gesture made her heart so full of gladness. God bless this family.
