Evelyn Brock

Evelyn Marie Brock VIRGINIA BEACH - Evelyn Marie Brock, 66, of the 1500 block of Mill Dam Road, passed away Oct. 1, 2009 in Virginia Beach. A native of San Diego, she was the daughter of the late William and Evelyn Martens and the widow of Larry C. Brock. She had worked in the restaurant business. She is survived by her daughter, Tonya M. Jones and husband Richard of Virginia Beach; a brother, William F. Martens Jr. of San Diego; a niece, a nephew and a host of other friends and family. The family would like to offer a special thanks to John and Diane Stein at Baker's Crust for all their kindness and caring. A graveside service will be conducted Monday at 11 a.m. in Princess Anne Memorial Park with Fr. James Parke officiating. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
