I'm another Edmund's friend of Mack. It's a testamet to the kind of a person he was that all of us stayed in touch with him. I never met him face to face, but I consider him a friend. I'll miss you!

We've been missing Victor for many months on Edmunds. His posts were genuine, helpful & suspenseful (. . .to be continued). They gave many of us pleasure, as well as the hope that the car sales business could be populated by decent souls. His was certainly among the best.

My sincere condolences to his family.

I started following Edmunds in February 2005 and one of the first posts I read was from Mac. He kept my interest with his stories, and I had to admire his love for life and his courage. What a nice person, and we'll all miss him.

I only knew Mack from his posted on Edmunds.com, and I feel a deep sense of loss. I can't image what those who knew him most must be feeling. His family remains in my thoughts and prayers. I only wish I would have been lucky enough to have heard one of his stories in person.

Although I only knew Vic as an "on-line" friend, I always enjoyed his stories, and appreciated his support with my own medical issues. A good man, gone too soon.

Mack certainly entertained me with his tales of the sales world on the Edmund's boards. He was one of a kind. It was very sad to hear of his passing. Via Con Dios amigo.

Though I have written to the family personally, I want everyone who visits here to know what a wonderful person Victor was, and what he meant to our group on Edmunds.com. He always wanted to help others, and did so many, many times. His knowledge, wit, and kindness endeared him to so many people. His family remains in our thoughts and prayers.

Victor touched the lives of many of us online friends as well as those who actually met him in person. At Edmunds.com, we knew him as mackabee or just plain Mack.

His multi-part car sales stories became legendary. We will all miss him. However, most of us also know that his story will go on...
