Lucia Toring Obituary

Lucia P. Toring VIRGINIA BEACH - Lucia P. Toring, 80, of the 2100 block of Brush Hill Lane, passed away Oct. 9, 2009, at a local hospital. Born in the Philippines to the late Emilio Pajaron and Vicenta Olimba, Lucia was also predeceased by her husband, Arcadio A. Toring Sr. and a son, Marcial P. Toring. She is survived by two sisters, Leonarda Galicia and Seling Casula; three daughters and sons-in-law, Beatriz and Oscar Sazon Lutgarda and Rodolfo de Guzman, and Ingrid and Danilo Conde; son and daughter-in-law, Arcadio P. Toring Jr. and Rebecca, and Fe Toring; grandchildren, Marsha, Francis, Raymond and Camille de Guzman, Julie Toring, Christine, Victoria and James Sazon and Patrick Conde; and great-grandson, Ethan de Guzman. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with Father Timothy Kuhneman officiating. Burial will follow in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. with a wake service at 7 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
