Roger Lee White Jr. VIRGINIA BEACH - Roger Lee White Jr., 20, passed from this life Oct. 10, 2009, in Piedmont, S.C. He was born Nov. 2, 1988 at Virginia Beach General Hospital. Roger Lee is survived by his daughter, Kandyce Nicole White, 11 months old; parents, Roger White Sr. and Eleanor White; grandmothers, Margaret Jackson and Norena White; sister, Kelly Hughes; numerous aunts and uncles; and a host of extended family in South Carolina. Roger Lee was a man of many smiles. He was a wonderful daddy and friend to many. Roger Lee, you will truly be missed. "I love you tall as the sky, deep as the sea, and round as the world." The family will receive friends at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home today, Oct. 16, from 6 to 8 p.m. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Following the service, the family will receive friends at their home located at 573 Saddlerock Road, Virginia Beach. In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to the custodian account for Kandyce Nicole White and will be accepted at any Wachovia Bank.
