Margueritta Post Obituary

Margueritta F. Post NORFOLK - Margueritta Ferlazzo Post, 93, passed away peacefully Oct. 15, 2009. A Norfolk native, she was the daughter of Vincent and Adelina Ferlazzo and widow of Lester L. Post. She was an avid volunteer for the Senior Citizen Center and an accomplished violinist with the Norfolk Symphony Orchestra. She is survived by daughters, Madeline Hahn (Jack), Dianna Capps (Fred); son, Gene Post (Tess); five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Blessed Sacrament Church on Oct. 22 at 10 a.m. followed by Mass at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Home.
