John Chisholm Obituary

John C. Chisholm PORTSMOUTH - John C. Chisholm, 73, affectionately called J.C. or Jake, entered into eternal rest Oct. 18, 2009, with family and friends by his side in his home. He is survived by four daughters, Marietta Strong (James) of Chester, S.C., Sharon Wilson (Henry) of Chesapeake, Danielle Douglas (Glen) of St. Marys, Ga., Antoinette Watson of Gulfport, Miss.; one son, Jerry Chisholm of Portsmouth; three granddaughters, Qwenisha Watson and Kenyatta Watson of St. Marys and Latanya Watson of Gulfport; one grandson, Keyon Bullock of Portsmouth; one great-grand son and one great-granddaughter; and a very special friend, June Vinson. A funeral will be held today, Oct. 22, at 11 a.m. in First Baptist Church Elm Avenue with Pastor Gregory Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Lincoln Cemetery. Corprew Funeral Home is in charge.

I am sending loving thoughts and sincere condolences to the family and friends of Mr. JC Chisholm. Please accept our regrets for not being able to attend the funeral.
