James Allison Obituary

James C. Allison Jr. SUFFOLK - James Cabaniss "Jim" Allison Jr., 56, passed away Nov. 6, 2009. He was born in Suffolk, the son of Jean F. Allison and the late James C. Allison Sr. He was a member of West End Baptist Church. Jim is survived by his mother, Jean F. Allison of Suffolk; sisters and brothers-in-law, Marion and Pastor Timothy Patterson of Lynchburg, Va., Denise and Charles Hearn of Suffolk; niece and nephews, Sarah Pruitt, Andrew and Benjamin Patterson. A graveside service will be held Sunday, Nov. 8, at 2 p.m. in Bethlehem Christian Church Cemetery with Timothy Rawls and Pastor Timothy Patterson officiating. Friends may join the family today from 4 to 5 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434 and other times at the residence of Jean Allison. I am so sorry to hear of Jimmy's passing. There was a time we were the best of friends. I am truly saddened. I hope the wish all of his family well.
