Gene Anne, my thoughts are with you and your family in this time of loss. I will never forget Frank bringing you and (somebodies?) mom into the store to buy fabric. What a guy!

All my thoughts are with you , I remember picking on Frank in the early 70's ... He just looked up at me putting his book on his lap , shaking his head at me , I know he was thinking
this kid is going to be a handful and he was right ... I will miss him

Hall Family,

Please know you are in my thoughts today as you go forward with Frank's Memorial Service. He was a incredibly positive man despite his illness and continued to look to the future, disregarding his limitations.

His passing leaves very sorrowful hearts at Medical Transport. We will keep his memory alive.

My deepest condolences,
