To the Brinkley & Manning Families,
It is with deep sadness I send these words of encouragement. Please know you are in my prayers in this time of sorrow. Tracy, I am here for you, if you need anything, please don't hesitate to call or ask. I know what you are going through but know that she is in a much better place, no more pain, no more suffering, just rest and peace. For God makes no mistakes & He always knows best.
Love, Cynt
