James Riddick Obituary

James Riddick NORFOLK - James "Puddin" Riddick, 84, of the 1300 block of W. Tanners Creek Drive, passed away Nov. 18, 2009. He was born June 17, 1925 to the late James Riddick and Annie M. Riddick in Norfolk. He attended Booker T. Washington High School. James retired from Lone Star after 31 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Gladys Riddick; two sons, Keith R. Riddick (Paulette), Kelvin D. Riddick; one daughter, Pamela A. Riddick; one brother, Anthony Riddick; one sister, Ethel L. Spencer; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Metropolitan Funeral Service, 7246 Granby St. Interment will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk. Viewing will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Condolences may be offered at www.metropolitanfuneralservice.com.
