William Kincaid Obituary

William C. Kincaid SUFFOLK - William Collins Kincaid, 85, died Nov. 25, 2009, at Nansemond Pointe. Born April 10, 1924 in Low Moor, Va., he was the son of the late Evelyn and Charles Lester Kincaid. Mr. Kincaid was a member of First Baptist Church and owner of Kincaid Machine Company. Survivors included his two sons, David A. Kincaid and wife Jan of Lynchburg, Va., and Stephen W. Kincaid and wife Sue of Suffolk; six grandchildren, Tanya McGraw, Debra Lucado, Jenny Anderson, Sheena Laine, Austin Beck and Aaron Beck and wife Erin; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Charles Ashby Kincaid and wife Frances of Suffolk; sister, Phyllis Garrett and husband Philip of Portsmouth; and sister-in-law, Virginia Lanning and husband Harry E. of Windsor, Va. The funeral will be held Monday, Nov. 30, at 2 p.m. at the R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home & Crematory by the Rev. Bryan Ray with burial in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends in the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Memorial donations may be made to Nansemond Suffolk Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 1515, Suffolk, VA 23439. Condolences may be registered at www.rwbakerfh.com.
