Mrs. Elliott was a lady in the true old souther style. I worked at Chowan DSS for her for several years and she was always a fair and concerned person to the clients and to all her employees. She will be miss.

Faye and I want to express our deepest sympathy. It was our joy to know Hazel and to share many wonderful times with her. She will be greatly missed by all her friends. She certainly made a positive contribution with her life. Your family will be in our prayers.
