Billy Jackson Obituary

Billy M. Jackson Sr. VIRGINIA BEACH - Billy Manuel Jackson Sr., 67, known as Billy, of the 700 block of Cedar Glen Court, passed away Dec. 4, 2009. Mr. Jackson was a native of Salisbury, Md. He retired from the Army after 26 years of service. He was predeceased by a daughter, DeSheryl Bynum. He leaves to cherish his loving memory his wife, Lovella Jackson; a daughter, Nicole Greene (Bryan) of Virginia Beach; one son, Billy M. Jackson Jr. (Hattonia) of Kennesaw, Ga.; his mother, Mabel Baugh; two sisters, four brothers, nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 11, at Carpenter's House Ministries, 980 Broad Meadows Blvd., Virginia Beach. Pastor Mark Bailey will officiate. The viewing will be one hour prior to service. Interment will be in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk.
