Dear Uncle Marvin,
Our childhood memories with you are precious indeed and the peace in knowing "absent from the body, present with the Lord" and with Aunt Chanie again and Mom and Daddy, Aunt Dini, Aunt Pauline, Aunt Bea, Aunt Hazel, and Uncle Jim and all the heavenly family and saints..a nod from the hat we got for Randy at the yard sale when you first met Randy Dorman is Paramount in our sighs and whispers...We Love you dear one, tell everybody "Hi" and we'll see you soon!

Dear Uncle Marvin, What great childhood memories I have of you and Aunt Channie. Even in the later years I so enjoyed visiting the 2 of you in Pungo. I know that the 2 of you are together again. Give her and my Nannie a hug from me. It is with a sad heart that I say goodbye. Marrion Owens Beers (puddin)

My Dearest Paw:
As I sit to write this last goodbye, I try so hard not to cry. But my tears are not because you are gone, they are for the hole in my heart for missing you so long. But I know the memories you gave us will live on and on.
Even though you won't be here to pull your plastic snake jokes or let the parrot fly around to scare mother, rest in peace and know that there will never be another like you.
Make sure you tell Nanny how much we miss her and all our Aunts and Uncle Jim. But most of all take with you all the love I have in my heart for you to share with them.
Rest in God's hands now Paw, it's been a long, hard road and you deserve the rest. You were the best grandfather any grandson could ever have wished for.
I Love You, your grandson Randy

Dearest Uncle Marvin,
Found memories of you & Aunt Chaney bring a smile to my face. I ask that those who have gone before welcome you and show you around the "new place". A kiss on your cheek and a slow wave goodbye.
