Richard was my first supervisor when I went into the Air Force in 1975. He was a WONDERFUL MAN. In 1979 he gave me away at my wedding in 1979 at Langley AFB, VA. I hate that I lost track of him. I would have loved to stay in touch. He was very special to me. When my parents passed away I found where he had written them a letter letting them know I was doing fine and not to worry. I really miss him. God Bless You

When I graduated from Ferguson High with Robert in 1984, on the night of graduation, Mr. Cuffe gave our circle of teenage friends an eloquent toast and treated us respectfully as men completing a important chapter in our young lives. I will cherish that memory the rest of my life. God Bless.

I don't know what to say. I am so sorry to hear about Rick. He was a great person, and I am sure you are going to miss him. I worked with him at the CSB many years ago, but I never forgot you or him.
