I am a hometown friend, and saw him last at McDonald's here in Kinston. His demeanor was the same jovial Frankie.

To my cousins
My deepest sorrow in the lost of my cousin (Frankie) although he is not here with us physically the memories we have of him lives with us forever. I will always remember the times we had together, His name for me was D-Girl , and the last class of Adkin Sr. High (1970) will remember him also.
