Theresa Cobb Obituary

Theresa Mary Cobb NORFOLK - Theresa Mary Cobb, 94, born in Ste. Marie de Kent, New Brunswick, on Oct. 21, 1915, passed away April 8, 2010. She was a longtime member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Theresa was predeceased by her husband, Arthur B. Cobb and a daughter, Jacqueline Cook. She is survived by three sons, Richard Cobb, James Cobb (FL) and Robert Cobb and wife Tamara and one daughter, Barbara Stalnaker. Also left to cherish her memory is a special grandson, Ronald Stalnaker, four other grandchildren, Denise Hilliard, Colby Falls, James W. Cobb Jr. and Kasie McCall, and a host of great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be held by Father Leo Manalo. Details for burial will be provided for family and friends at a later date. Contributions can be made to the Salvation Army. The family wishes to thank the nurses at Sentara Leigh Memorial for their wonderful care. Condolences may be offered to the family at www. hollomon-brown.com. Arrangements are being handled by Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel.

Theresa was very special lady to me. She was kind, caring and loving. I treasure the time I got to spend with her and I treasure the stories of her life that she shared with me. She will always hold a special place in my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
