I am sorry for your loss. I did not know Joe all that well, but I found him to have a warm heart and generous spirit. I wish the Dolsak family, and everyone else who hold them dear, strength and peace. May Joe's memory be for a blessing.

Terri and family, I am so sorry about Joe. Joe was truly a nice person. I think about about the little girl who was "conducting" along with Joe at a concert in Libertyville. I am not sure who enjoyed that concert more, Joe or this girl! It is a great memory of Joe and his smile. I know you have many great memories and I hope they bring you comfort. Barbara Wowk

To the Dolsak family,
My deepest sorrows go out to you this day. I was stationed with Joe when he was a brand new CPO at the Atlantic Fleet Band. I was greatly saddened at the news of his passing. I am currently a bugler for the Maryland NG Honor Guard and will be sounding the Taps in his honor. Once again, my deepest condolences to your family in this time of mourning.
God Bless,

Terri,
Words are inadequate to express my sorrow. You have been through so much! I (and hundreds of others) will always remember Joe as a kind gentleman, friend, mentor and outstanding musician. The question of "why" will always be there, but God is greater than our questions and will guide you through your pain and loss. The sun will rise again tomorrow. My family and I are praying for all of you.
God bless you,
Stuart McLean

We are truly sorry for your loss. May the passing of time and happy memories help to ease your pain. Have faith in the promise God made at Revelation 21:4. No more sickness, no more death, no more pain. What a glorious day that will be. We offer our sincere condolences to you all.

Teri, you may remeber me from the advanced course at the school of music in 1991. Joe and I were stationed together in the middle 80's in Memphis. He was my buddy. I learned so much from him about so many things. He was one of the most intellegent people that I ever met. We had a lot of laughs together. Someday I hope to be able to tell you my favorite Joe Dolsak story.
I hope you and your boys are okay, Teri, and of course I wish the best for you.
Joe was cool !
