I am deeply sorry for your loss Berry. Mrs. Marple as I would call her was a wonderful wise woman who started me out in life the right way. I was a Kindergarden student of hers and Mrs. Malorys(sp) in 89-90. She use to also come over to the house and teach my mom and us how to country dance she made such fond childhood memories for me and I am truly glad I got to stay in touch threw the years of growing up. Hugs to everyone in the family. And Mrs. Marple make sure you teach them the alphabet with the letter people :).

Much Love,
The Winters family

Dear Barry and Family,

Sorry it's taken so long for me to post but it was very difficult to hear of Diane's passing. She was a wonderful lady with te spirit an love of country music and country dance and she instilled that love into all of us who had the privilage of being one of her students in the Country Kickin' dance club. She taught me many things and I will always cherrish the times we spent at the farmers market, the school, the dance fairs, and at the nursing homes, I miss those times. Keep on dancing Diane, because now you won't tire, you will just DANCE! Love ya.....Julie Gadeberg

For the BEST SISTER I never had! She would tell me that and I would tell her that. My sister-in-law was a most amazing woman. Things that strike my mind most vividly: her dedication to the children of the Virgina Beach School System....so many, for so many years; the line dances she taught at many levels and the time invested in those groups of folks; her devotion to a son who gave that devotion back 10 fold over the last 15 years of her life. These may not be the ones others remember, but for me I will never forget the smile on her face when she spoke of these things. It was by far the happiest times of her life I believe. I love you, Jeanne PS Tell my Mom and Dad & Jean and Bill I love and miss the four of them.

Dianne I remember when I told you I would never catch on but look at me now. All because of you that night at farmer's Market. People say where did you learn to dance like that and I tell them I was a student of Dianne Marple. It was such a pleaure dancing for you at the Nursing home once a month. Missed you last Month and I was so looking forward to seeing you. It was a sad day but we danced in your honor. You were the best instructor ever. Ron always said that too. Dance your legs off up there in heaven where there is no more pain. Going to miss you Dianne but we will keep on dancing under the name Country Kickers. Kari, Cathy and me are proud and honored to have known you
All my love Margie(Maggie)

How does one begin to explain the deep appreciation for this wonderful lady? A kind and caring person, she was my first and still favorite line dance instructor. When you didn't think you could do something she would encourage you and her excitement and attitude, you truly didn't want to let her down! I have missed her a lot since she had to give up dancing and miss her more now knowing she will never return. I was so honored and grateful to be able to dance for her at Riverside Center while she was there. Thank you for everything Diane. I know you are dancing now.
