I will truly miss Peter. I knew him to be a brilliant and thoughtful person. He had such a gentle spirit. I always admired and looked up to him ever since the second grade at Rosemont Forest. He will be greatly missed, and my prayers go out to the entire Kidwell family.
May God Bless his soul.

To the parents, siblings, family, and friends of Peter: My heart and prayers go out to you. I have grown up with Peter since Rosemont Forest Elementary up to Salem High, where even as a young kid, I remember his mom being the librarian at our elementary school. Peter has always, always been a sincere and friendly guy. Even after high school, I would see him the neighborhood and he would always be a smiling face and always say hello. Despite ever really being close with him, just knowing him and the company that he kept, I know that he will be desperately missed.

Pete was one of the nicest, most geniune people I have ever met. He always had a beautiful smile on his face and he will be greatly missed. I think of everyone I work with at Best Buy as family and feel I have lost a brother. I am very sorry for your loss, but please know we at Best Buy share your pain also. (Best Buy Store 1460)

Our family is deeply saddened to learn of the tragic loss of Peter, a former neighbor, playmate and friend to our son BJ Williams. Peter always impressed us as a kind person who sought to see the best in people he meets. We last encountered Peter one evening while he worked at Best Buy and found that he had grown into a kind and helpful gentleman. We pray that God will grant you great comfort in the days and years to come, knowing that Peter's kind spirit continues to bless many of those whom he touched during his short life.

We want to extend our sympathy to you and your family. Peter was in Andrew (Minschke) and Dana's wedding in Jan. 2008 where we met him for the first time. We thought then that he was such a kind and wonderful young man. Though we did not know him well, our hearts are broken for the pain you are experiencing. May God bless you with only the peace that He can give at a time like this. We are praying for you all. Sincerely, Jeff & Jeanette Walker (parents of Dana Minschke)
