Our condolences to Mr Steele's family. He was a fine man. I added satellite tv to his home and felt honored that an engineer of his caliber would trust this to my company. His son Jud is counted as one of my best and closest friends in this life. Maranatha.

I met Jack, as we knew him, very early in my TV career. I learn a lot from him technically, but even more in how to be a good person. Many key people have help shape my 34 year TV career. Jack was one of the best. I am blessed to have known him.

Jack was one of the nicest people I knew at WTKR. He was kind, funny, considerate, and good at his job. I was lucky to meet him early in my career. He taught me that just because it's work, that doesn't mean it can't be fun, too. Words to live by. Peace to you, Jack, and my sincere wishes of comfort to your family.
