Bobby, Pam, Portia and family, my sincere prayers are offered to you for comfort and strength. Parks, as she was fondly called by many in the Portsmouth Public Schools Special/Pupil Personnel services, was a great asset to these departments in Portsmouth Public Schools. I worked with Parks for over twenty seven years. I never got an opportunity to take an overseas trip with her, but I know that she enjoyed her trips. May God continue to bless and strengthened you.
