Dorothy Smith Obituary

Dorothy P. Smith MOYOCK - Dorothy Perry Smith, 65, of the 100 block of Beechwood Shores Drive, died Thursday, Aug. 5, 2010 at Albemarle Hospital. Mrs. Smith was the daughter of the late Charles M. Perry and Elizabeth Swaner Perry and the widow of William R. Smith. She is survived by a daughter, Karen Fatich of Moyock; a son, Kasey Kazakavich and wife Robin of Harrisburg, Pa.; a sister, Bea Hipp of Fortworth, Texas; a brother, Sam Perry of Hampton, Va.; and three grandchildren, Rachel Dickens and Jake and Sam Kazakavich. A celebration of life will be held Sunday, Aug. 8, at 4 p.m. at the home of her daughter, Karen Fatich, 195 Beechwood Shores Drive, Moyock. Twiford Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 405 East Church St., Elizabeth City, is assisting the family. You may express condolences to the Smith family by visiting www.twifordfh.com.
