The memories that I have of the woman known as Grandmother to some and BigMama to me, are too many to count. I've learned so much about life from her.
My BigMama was a strong woman who loved her family, her church family and her friends. She was ALWAYS there for people, and wouldn't mind doing whatever she could do in order to help.
Not a day or night went by that she did not pray for her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her great great grandchildren. Or as she called all of us, "Her Branches".
My heart may be heavy with grief at this time, but I feel so BLESSED that GOD allowed her to stay here with us for so many years.
To my Dad, my Aunt Ann and Uncles Clyde and Marvin, BigMama was so proud of you and she loved you all so very very much. Thank you for sharing your beloved mother with all of us.
BigMama, you will always remain in my heart, and your spirit will continue on in "Your Branches" forever.

To my family,
I grieve with you, in the loss of a wonderful aunt. Aunt Annie was such a sweet spirit. Our lives were made richer because the Lord allowed her to be in our lives.
God has promised to prepare a place for us, and now she is a benefit of that promise. She is rejoicing with her sister!!!
To all of my cousins, she loved you all very deeply. God blessed you to have her all those years, and she lived a long life, and with quality. What a blessing!!!!
To Ann, just know that you did everything you could, and she was pleased, and the Lord is pleased. I know it was hard trying to make preparations for both Aunt Lessie and Aunt Annie, but ....God's Grace was sufficient
Rest in the Lord, and know that we will see her again!!
Love,
Patricia

Trying to find words to express how I feel, GRANDMOTHER.. I LOVE YOU and forever will. Never had the chance to hold your hand,or to sit and hear of grandfather in the days you and he met. I hadn't had the chance to tell you how I felt, In my own lifes challenges was so afraid of not being accepted.
Grandmother I have learned so much in a little time about you, and how you brought joy and strength to the family in it's worst times. I heard that you where outgoing, caring, kind, generous and that you kept prayerful.. Grandmother you prayed for your grand children,we felt it all the way in Connecticut :).
Our condolences~ Lashara Lanette Wilson. William James Wilson III(a.k.a Buster) and me Rhonda Wilson-Knox.
