John – we will miss the smile, humor and quick wit you brought to the Coast Guard Mixed bowling league. Ralph Waldo Emerson said “The glory of friendship is not the outstretched hand, nor the kindly smile...it's the spiritual inspiration that comes to one when he discovers that someone else believes in him and is willing to trust him with his friendship”. You and your tie-dye shirts will be missed! Go in peace.

Lisa- my heart goes out to you and your family. I will always have memories of your Dad at our track and xc meets. Even as the big rivals we were, he was always supportive of me and wanted me to run my best too. My Dad enjoyed the time he would spend with your Dad at the meets talking strategy and supporting their daughters. I will never forget all those years of cheers for his "water bug". You could tell how special you were to him. My prayers are with you.
