Junious Archer Obituary

Junious C. Archer HERTFORD - Mr. Junious Carlton Archer of the 200 block of Cartwright Swamp Road, died Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010 at Harbour Pointe in Norfolk. He was a member of Oak Hill AME Zion Church in Hertford, and a retired employee of the Virginia Beach school system. The homegoing service will be held Saturday, Sept. 11, at Bay Branch AME Zion Church in Belvidere, N.C. The family hour will be at noon with service following at 1 p.m. Stallings Funeral Home of Elizabeth City, N.C., is serving the family.

Mr. Archer was a sweet man that loved his family and was proud for what he had accomplished. It was a pleasure meeting him and sharing conversations. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

To the Archer family, I am sorry to learn of the passing of your loved one. June Car will be missed. As a little boy I remember hearing his name and one day he came to our home and I finallv saw him for myself. What a nice person. God Bless!
