Barbara Moore Obituary

Barbara T. Moore NORFOLK - Barbara Joan Tignor Moore passed away peacefully Sept. 8, 2010 after a long battle with cancer. She was the only child of Wilbur J. and Beatrice Chiles Tignor of Richmond, Va., and the mother of Gail Moore Waddell, Gary C. Moore and Gregg S. Moore. She is survived by her daughter, Gail. Barbara graduated from John Marshall High School in Richmond and The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg in 1954 with a degree in sociology. A memorial service is being planned. Memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice House of Williamsburg or Heritage Humane Society. Online condolences may be expressed at www.nelsencares.com.

I remember pretty Barbara as a high school classmate and also worked with her at a hospital in Norfolk in the early 70's. I know you're with the angels, Barbara. To your family I send sincere sympathy.
