To Mary's Family,

I taught at Indian Lakes for many years and worked with Mary. She was one of the most positive people that I knew and I remember her fondly. She was always willing to help, loved the children she worked with, and especially loved her family. I was shocked and saddened to learn that she passed away at such a young age. I offer my sincere sympathy.

Pam, Gary and Family,

My heart is breaking for you all. What a wonderful caring lady your mother was. She was my surrogate mother while we lived in Virginia Beach and I will always be grateful for the love and support she gave me. She was my rock when times were tough. I am sure she was welcomed into heaven with open arms. I imagine she was wondering what she could do to help everyone as she entered the pearly gates! Even though we hadn't seen each other in quite some time I felt like she would always be there if I ever needed her. May God give you the strength to face each new hurdle and may you feel the peace within you that only he can give.

God Bless You All,
Jan Rowe and Family

So very sorry to hear that Mary has passed. I will always remember her energy with Ascension's Rainbows and how helpful she and they were to the church, particularly at Easter Vigil preparations. I will keep baking for you, Mary! God bless you all, may she rest in the peace and light of Christ.

I will miss Mary so much. Mary would come to Harris Teeter every week to buy her Mother's favorite flowers, miniture carnations. I looked forward to each visit with Mary. We would talk about her visits with her son Gary and how our Mother's were doing. We have lost a fine woman, good friend and a caring soul. My deepest sorrow goes out to each of us who were fortunate enough to have had her placed in our lives.

I'm sorry to hear that your mom has pass. I will always remember your mom because she was a great lady to know and very sweet too. She always asked me how I'm doing & she asked about my family. You could always able to talk to her about anythig that is on your mind. I will always remember how she helped me on one of cross stiching projects. Your family will be in my prayers.
