Brenda Hamberry Obituary

Brenda Lee Hamberry VIRGINIA BEACH - Brenda Lee Hamberry of the 3300 Indian River Road died Oct. 10, 2010. Born in Princess Anne County, now Virginia Beach, she was a member of Mount Zion AME Church, Virginia Beach. Survivors include her four sisters, Gladys Hughes (Aaron Sr.), Shirley Darden (Vondell), Doris Cason, Carolyn Hamberry; one uncle, Joseph V. Hamberry; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was predeceased by her mother, Mary Celia Hamberry and father, William J. Hamberry. A funeral will be Saturday, Oct. 16, in New Hope Baptist, Virginia Beach, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Dr. E. Ray Cox Sr. A viewing will be held Friday, Oct. 15, in Community Funeral Home, Norfolk.
