Stanley Hahn Obituary

Stanley H. Hahn VIRGINIA BEACH - Stanley H. Hahn, the best "Hoppa" in the world, passed away Nov. 1, 2010 at the age of 83. Stan was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a commercial painting contractor in the Tidewater area for 30 years. Stan is survived by his wife of 51 years, Johnnie Hahn; son, David Hahn and wife Carol; daughter, Marianne Harris and husband Palmer; four grandchildren who were the loves of his life, Rachel and Shannon Greene and Greg and Greta Hahn; a stepgrandson, Jeff Harris and wife Shannon; and a sister, Miriam Hahn. Friends are invited to join the family in celebration and remembrance of Stan's life from 2 to 4 p.m. Nov. 14, at the home of David and Carol Hahn in Virginia Beach. Memorial donations may be made to Virginia Beach Rescue Squad in lieu of flowers. Online condolences may be expressed at www.cremate. org.
