Jim and Mr. and Mrs. Frazier,
My deepest condolences -- Sam Grillo wrote a couple of weeks ago to tell me that Marilou was on life support, and I immediately asked my Priest friend in Poland, Father Stas Wargacki, to pray for her and for you, as I have been doing. Tonight, Mary Russo sent me this link. I am in Warsaw now and just wrote to ask Fr. Wargacki to say a Mass for Marilou. My heart goes out to you all and for your children.
God Bless, Francis Skrobiszewski

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of loss. I worked with Marilou for many years at Maryview and always looked forward to every "girls" get-together she was able to attend. She was a fighter from the beginning of her diagnosis of MS. We were so pleased that both of you were able to attend the service last year for Pat's Mom and will always keep you both in our hearts. Please know that Marilou has been loved by many for a long time.

DEAR JIMMY,MEG,KATIE AND JOHN ,
MY SINCERE THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS GO
OUT TO EACH OF YOU AT THIS TIME OF SORROW. I GREW UP NEXT DOOR TO YOUR MOM
ON SCOTT STREET IN PORTSMOUTH. WE WERE CHILDHOOD PLAYMATES AND BEST FRIENDS.
WE BOTH WENT TO NURSING SCHOOL IN PORTSMOUTH (I WENT TO PORTSMOUTH GENERAL) AND CONTINUED OUR LOVE OF CARING FOR OUR PATIENTS. WE WORKED AS JUNIOR VOLUNTEERS TOGETHER AT MARYVIEW HOSPITAL FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS.
WHILE I MOVED TO RICHMOND,VIRGINIA AND WE DID NOT SEE EACH OTHER OR TALK OFTEN, WHEN I WOULD COME HOME TO VISIT MY MOTHER AND FAMILY,I WOULD SEE YOUR MOM VISITING WITH YOUR GRANDMOTHER. WE WOULD TALK AND IT WOULD BE LIKE TIME HAD NEVER PASSED. SHE WAS A BEUTIFUL PERSON WITH A BEAUTIFUL SOUL. TO KNOW HER WAS TO LOVE HER AND REMEMBER HER ALWAYS...SHE HAS LEFT EACH OF YOU A TREASURE OF MEMORIES TO HOLD. SHE IS GOD'S ANGEL AND HAS GONE TO PREPARE A PLACE FOR EACH OF US...
MAY GOD'S STRENGTH AND LOVE SURROUND EACH OF YOU AT THIS DIFFICULT TIME. SHE
FOUGHT A COURAGOUS BATTLE.
MUCH LOVE AND RESPECT,
DORIS HALSTEAD JONES
