Michael C. Kane VIRGINIA BEACH - Michael C. "Mike" Kane, 60, of the 900 block of Level Green Blvd., passed away Nov. 2, 2010. He was born July 22, 1950 in Washington, D.C. Michael was an X-ray lab technician with Sentara. He is survived by his wife, Debora Kane. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. today in Metropolitan Funeral Service, Berkley Ave. Chapel. My deepest symphaty to the family of this very special person,Michael Kane..A true friend, co-worker. I will always remember mike as a very fun, and professional person. He Loved wearing the best suits there were. A very generous person. Sentara have truly lost a Great person...Gone but never will be forgotten...

I was sad to hear that Mike passed, he was so funny and professional. I was expecting to see him yesterday at the clinic when I found out that he was gone to be with the Lord. God bless you Mike, you are truly going to be missed. God bless your family.

I was sad to hear of Mike's passing, and know that absent from the body is being present with the Lord. Mike was a very kind and hard working man that was well liked. I saw his dedicated work to Sentara first hand as being a patient of Dr. Palting for over 13 years. May God strengthen Mrs. Kane his family, friends and co-workers in this time of grieving.
