My deepest sympathy and condolences to Judith along with the Dorsey and Sawicki family.Sterling reminded four years ago that Death is a change of address.Sterling was a tremendous individual who took on his cancer battle with faith and perserverance. He always displayed great optimism.Even though Sterling is gone from our lives,he is still with us in spirit. He changed his address to Heaven Above where he is now rejoicing with Jesus.

Dear Judith and Dorsey family,
Praying for God's perfect peace and comfort to sustain all of you during this difficult time. Sterling was a blessing to all of us and such a great encourager in the Lord who taught all of us how to handle difficult times all the while still having the joy of the Lord shining through. God saw you were getting tired Sterling and a cure was not meant to be. Although we all love you deeply, we could not make you stay. God broke our hearts to prove to us that He only takes the best. We will not say "goodbye" but instead say "until we meet again."

My dearest cousin Sterling,
You will always be remembered in our hearts for your remarkable smile and laughter! You always were ready to share some fun jokes, and then we all would burst out laughing. I will always keep you in mind when making crowder peas and rolls that you loved so much!
I can hear you and Darlene sneaking downstairs at Grandma's now, just to grab a few more rolls at bedtime....
I never told you thank you for bringing all the smiles to Grandma all these years, she loved you so much! And I know that your Mom, Grandma, Talmadge, Pam, Barbara and Vera Gray are delighted you have joined them. Although we miss and love you, we now are at peace knowing you are in God's hands!
Love,
Scott, Michelle, Josh & Dalton

I worked with Sterling at Facility Management. He was the most uplifting person I'd had ever met. Any time he came into my office he was always smiling, always had an encouraging word. No matter how he felt, he would always put others' feelings first. I will miss him dearly. I send my deepest sympathy to his wife & family.
