Phillip was a loyal, and good friend to me. I fondly remember our days together at Waterside. I was shocked to hear of his passing away. My heart goes out to Paula and his son. God Bless, you are in our prayers.

To the Family,

Phil was our Mr. Fix-it at Lincare. I will keep you all in my prayers during this painful time. I will miss seeing the BIG RED truck riding pass. Phil's memories will make us smile whenever we think of his contagious smile.

Dearest Paula,
Words cannot express how you feel as your grief is your own. I know that. Phillip obviously loved you and Anthony very much and touched many lives in his short time here on earth. Know that you now have your own guardian angel in heaven watching over you every hour of every day. I am here for you to help in anyway as I know the pain you are in with the loss of your husband, father to your son, best friend, soul mate- the other half to your heart. Love you Jo

Paula, Anthony and the entire family,

Words cannot express the sadness we have with the passing of Phillip. He was a force to be reckoned with. There has not been a story told about Phillip that didn't end with his laughter and smile. He will be truly missed by his family at First Potomac and everyone's lives he touched.

With our deepest sympathy,
Barry and Amy Sumner

P.S.: God has a new angel wearing camo!

Phillip,
it finally hit me that you were gone when I pulled into the parking lot on Tuesday morning and you were not there sitting in your truck giving me that silly smile of yours as I rode by.You will be missed by all who knew and loved you. All I can say is that without you there our engineer meetings and company lunches will not be as fun and work will seem a lot more like work. You can Rest in peace my friend knowing that your parents have seven extrs sons,Paula has seven extra big brothers but most important of all is that Anthony has seven extra uncles that will watch out for them.

This is such a tragedy. I can’t believe it. I’m so sorry. I don’t know what to say. I can’t imagine what you are going through. These are all the thoughts Cathy and I have had. Please know we are praying for all of you through this very hard time. We are here for you. I read this in a card one time and saved it because I believe it.
“No matter what hits you, God is no less in charge; His plan is no less on target. Things may be out of your control, but they're never out of His control. If you trust Him, He will give you just the equipment you need for the battle you're facing, because God's plan will not lead you where His grace cannot keep you.”

This is such a tragedy. I can’t believe it. I’m so sorry.
I don’t know what to say.
I can’t imagine what you are going through. We are here for you.
The words at Revelation 21:3,4 should be of some comfort to you. You are not alone you can always count on God.
Love and prayers to you all in this journey.
