What a beautiful soul!!! She truly will be missed. I remember she and Mom speaking everyday on the phone... reliving their NC past.

Jessie and Caroline, my heart goes out to you both and I hope you know she is in a better place surrounded by old friends and family.

To the late Mrs. Katie Willams' family, may God strengthen you at this time. Miss Katie was an inspiration to me. I was not 'born' in St. Thomas, as so many members were, she treated me as I was, always had an encouranging word for me, and she always spoke positively about her health and God, rather her faith. I have missed her badly since her illness and shall continue to miss her until we meet again. She left a wonderful legacy in her children. Her daughter, Rev. Ethel Hinton, our Associate Minister, and her brother, Rev. Hinton (his first name escapes me at this time, sorry), are a very fine example of her legacy. The others I have met, show that they, too, are 'holding up' the family name. God bless each one of you.
