TREMONT - Sawyer James Rennie, infant son of James A. and Amy Brown Rennie, passed away at 4:37 a.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2007, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Ill., where he was born prematurely at 2:43 p.m. Saturday, March 31, 2007.
Surviving are his parents of Tremont; his maternal grandparents, Ron and Kathy Brown of Tremont; his paternal grandparents, John and Jane Rennie of Taunton, England; his maternal great-grandmothers, Sherrilyn Poorbaugh of Tremont and Helen Brown of Pekin; and his paternal great-grandmother, Louise Stone of Taunton, England.
He was preceded in death by one infant brother, Brian William Rennie.
His funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2007, at Tremont Baptist Church. Pastor David Craig will officiate. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery in Tremont.
Davis Mortuary, Tremont Chapel is handling the arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
