I was very sorry to read of your mother's passing. We crossed paths several years ago before moving to North Carolina, and it brought back a lot of special memories of growing up with all of you.
There was always the smell of something great cooking, and I recall her garden always looking so special.
I'll never forget how welcome she made me feel, and the times she chased us with the broom when we got out of hand! She was a great mom!
I pray for God's comfort for all of you.

My friend, Caroline, is going to be missed so much. Caroline invited me to bring my little girls in to see her beautiful garden. Over the years, Caroline watched my girls grow, and we shared stories about both our wonderful families. Caroline's "garden walks" will be fondly remembered forever by me and my girls. I once wrote Caroline a poem, that she proudly showed to everyone. I will always remember Caroline sitting in her garden, birds singing, fountains flowing..and now, Caroline will be a Guardian Angel to everyone she knew and loved.

Please accept my deepest sympathy on your mom's passing. Your parents and my parents were great friends. Your mom was in their wedding! She was as beautiful when I saw her about 3 years ago as she was in that wedding picture. I have fond memories of visiting your house when I was little! You were so blessed to have such a great mom!!!
Sincerely, Ellen (Kirwan) Brown

Caroline,
The first time I met you was when I took care of Joe when I was a Home Health Assistant. Then later in years, I took care of yours and Mary's house once a week!
Caroline, you always made me feel like family! (even though you would not give me the REAL recipe for Rocky's Little Venice pasta sauce). :) I was always able to laugh with you, cry with you, talk with you any problems...you were always there for me.
You were the best cook, making me a nice drink of fresh carrot juice (which was wonderful by the way) and making sure I stood far away from the microwave so the currents would not "get me".
You had the most beauritul gardens I have ever seen. You have quite the talent for flowers!
I will never forget you saying the reason you made a great Practical Nurse was because you were "practical"! You even taught me how to take blood pressures! You always wondered why I did not go on to become a nurse also.
You always loved Christmas, decorating your home like a magazine cover. You even dressed up that big goose on your front porch with each season. If I remember correctly, I had to dress up that goose for you at times! :)
I will always remember and love that photo of you and Joe at Conney Island. You and Joe made the most beautiful couple, going on to spread that beauty onto your own children!
You were one heck of a lady, Caroline! Tiny yet Feisty and strong. You had the best laugh and the biggest smile and heart.
Caroline, I love you and Joe so much and will never, never forget you. You made a great impression on me.
You are finally with your Joe now!

Caroline Paoletti is foundly remembered by this former tenent as a loving, caring person. She shared experiences of her husband's illness. She gave my little baby girl a tiny yellow stuffed baby kitty which still today after 20+ years holds a favourite place in her collections. Lovingly, Joyce Blackstone, Binghamton NY & johanna Lynn, Macau, SAR, PRChina.
