Robert P. Mattucci
of Binghamton
Robert P. Mattucci, of Binghamton, died Saturday April 19, 2008. He was predeceased by his wife, Norma J. (Beers); his parents, Kathryn (Mason) and Ralph; a brother, Joseph; and infant siblings, Ralph and Dolores. He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Frances; a daughter, Cheryl; two grandchildren, Matthew and Leigh-Anne; three step-grandchildren, Steven (Susan) Smith, Christopher (Marie) Smith and Jennifer (Robert) Zindle; a brother, John and Rita; seven great-grandchildren, also several nieces and nephews. Robert was a member of St. Paul's Church. He was retired from the US Postal Service after 34 years. He served in the U.S. Army in WWII, and was an avid fisherman after his retirement.
A Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at St. Paul's Church, Binghamton. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call at the back of Church Wednesday from 9 until the time of service. Arrangements are by the Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home, Inc., 137 Robinson Street, Binghamton, New York.
