Jack L. Dibble
of Binghamton
Jack L. Dibble, 54, of Binghamton, passed away peacefully Friday, April 18, 2008, at his home surrounded by loved ones. He was predeceased by his parents, Howard and Geneva Dibble, and his daughters, Jennifer and Joann. He is survived by his devoted companion of 16 years, Ann Langevin, Binghamton; his sister, Gloria Norton, Binghamton; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; his five feline companions, especially "Shadow"; many nieces and nephews. Jack was an industrial painter for most of his life, most recently employed at Systems Manufacturing Corporation. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and enjoyed fishing, gardening and NASCAR racing. Special thanks to Lourdes Hospice and Pastor Piedmonte and the support from special friends at Tabernacle United Methodist Church and the Binghamton Downtown Singers.
Memorial Services will be held at First Assembly of God Church, 255 Washington St., Binghamton, Saturday at 10 a.m. Pastor R.E. Piedmonte will officiate. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the church Saturday from 9 a.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Lourdes Hospice program, 4102 Old Vestal Rd., Vestal, N.Y. 13850, or First Assembly of God Church. Arrangements are by the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, N.Y.
