Pat, we just got back from your memorial service..there was alot of nice things said about ya buddy.(go figure)We left your "wall of shame" name chip and your nick named "TROGDOOR" hand there for ya. We figured the "BIG GUY" was having a hold-em party and , as usual, you figured ya better be there for it. I personally think you are pushin' your luck if you think you can beat him too, but thats our Pat! Thats why we gave ya the "trogdoor" to get the jump on him buddy! You will be so very missed at our Sunday afternoon-beat the winter blues- holdem games. Guess your leaving it up to Ben to make all the noise and laughs huh? Good luck on your new game, and we all WILL play again!! Luv ya man...Dan(Captain) and the rest of the gang

I am one of his many cousins. We grew up together and have always been in touch. We would talk at least twice a week. I'm in FL. He was such a good person and as everyone has said, he would make you laugh, even when you thought you couldn't. He was always there for me. I will miss him very much. I take a bit of comfort in knowing that he is with his mom and dad, that I know he loves and missed very much. There will not be a day that I will not think of you Pat. Love Ya!

Patrick, I NEVER thought that your Uncle Norm and I would ever have to plan your funeral. I hope you were looking down on all of us, by that I mean along with your uncle Norm and I , aunt Kelly and your dearest friends were such a blessing to us. Your friends were truly sent to us to help carry us through all the decisions, and for this I thank you Patrick for being such an important part in your friends life, it truly showed what a giving, fun loving guy you were. You left happiness, joy and many, many laughs behind for all to reminiscence, your uncle Norm and I have already been in that mode with your friends, and it was beautiful, and our heavy hearts lightened up with laughable memories! You were one help to your step-cousin Kelly, boy did you show her that life does exist for a 21 year old, of coarse, Kelly was only 16!!!! Oh was I mad at you, you told me that You were actually shaking out of your skin, looking back now it was a "one of a lifetime moments!" Well dear nephew, go easy on the "Big Guy" upstairs, we love and miss you so much.
All our love,
Uncle Norm & aunt Pat Whittemore

I was so sad to hear that Pat had passed. I enjoyed playing poker with him and just talking about riding. He always made me smile when he was around. Our Post(1449) is not going to be the same without his wonderful smile.
