I was shocked to receive Carole's death notice in the mail from my step-mother in Binghamton. We were high school friends in the 1950's and she and her family were neighbors of ours. Carole and I had many good times together and it makes me sad that we lost touch. I spent time at her house as she did at mine. When I think of her, I remember the laughter we shared. I send my sincere condolences to her daughter, grandchildren, Bill, Jean and Don. Looks like we had the same idea since we both moved west. God bless her and her whole family (especially her wonderful parents). Rosemary.

Remembering childhood memories such as the rumble seat in your parents car, scarlet fever and the quarantine, the friendship of Jean and my brother Bob, Bill with the scar in the top of his head from my toy rake. Those were fun days that I have often thought of and wondered where you all were. My sincerest sympathy to all. You have remained in my thoughts and hearts for all these years.
