Robert D. Welch, 79, passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; his children, Dick, Dan, Doug, Peggy, and Barb; 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
At Bob's request, there will be no calling hours.
