Helen Dunnett
of Forest Lake, Pa.
Helen Dunnett, 75, of Forest Lake, Pa., passed away after an extended illness on Tuesday, August 12, 2008, at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born in Endicott, N.Y., to the late Harry and Margaret (Speer) Campbell. Her husband of 56 years, Thomas Bruce Dunnett, survives. Also surviving are her three daughters and son-in-law, Lynn and Dana Marsh, Forest Lake, Pa., Lisa Pilkington, Endicott, N.Y., Valerie Dunnett, Forest Lake, Pa.; three sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph Dunnett, Montrose, Pa., Bruce and Jody Dunnett, Newark Valley, N.Y., Mark and Sue Dunnett, Vestal, N.Y.; 11 grandchildren, Dustin, Nicholas, Mariah, Thomas and Benjamin Dunnett, Dana and Danielle Marsh, Josh Arielly, Corey Hillis, Adam and Zach Pilkington; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Michael Thomas Dunnett; brother, Ted Campbell; two sisters, Margaret Ferretti, and Betty Pittarelli. Helen was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She enjoyed living in the country, taking walks outdoors and especially enjoyed being with her kids and grandkids.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 16, 2008, at the St. Joseph Church, with Rev. Casimir Stanis officiating. Interment will be held at a later date in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Heartland Hospice, c/o Hospice Memorial Fund, 328 N. Main St., Pittston, Pa. 18640, in memory of Helen.
