Pauline F. Goozovat
of Binghamton
Pauline F. Goozovat, 86, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, August 14, 2008. She is predeceased by her parents, Ralph and Beatrice Fletcher; husband, Paul Goozovat; son, John Goozovat; brothers, Gerald, Ralph and Donald Fletcher; and a sister, Grace Degnan. She is survived by two sons, Gerald Goozovat and Michael Goozovat (Barb Kundrata); grandchildren, Paula Miller and her husband Todd, Debbie Kosalek and husband Michael, Bill Alderson and wife Elaine, and Christina Goozovat; great-grandchildren, Nicole, Shawna, Benjamin, Courtney, Tyler, Nathan, Joey and Alex; sisters, Lillian Goozovat and husband John, Helen Donovan; brother, Bill Fletcher and his wife Ellie; sister-in-law, Vera Fletcher, Audry Fletcher; also numerous nieces and nephews. Pauline was a member of Brookvale United Methodist Church. Pauline devoted her life to her farm and her garden. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and will be sadly missed by all.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, at 11:00 a.m. from the Wm. R. Chase & Sons Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson, with the Rev. Gordon Brownlow officiating. Burial will be in Chenango Valley Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 2-4 p.m.

We were so sorry to hear of Aunt Pauline's passing. Although we didn't get a chance to see her very much in recent years, I recall the fond memories of my dad taking me up to the farm when I was young. Our deepest condolences to the Goozovats and the Fletchers.

grandma, although you had to leave us when you did I want to thank you for all my wonderful memories of you and the times we shared on the farm and just looking back at all the pictures in your albums have made me even prouder that you are my grandma. I love you and will miss you very much..

I have known Pauline since I was 5 years old she was like a second mother to me I rember when my wife and I where married she was upset because she could not go to the wedding because she was sick so my wife and I made it a point to stop at the house still in our wedding attire to see her she and I had a lot of private talks she was a lovely but stern lady and I will miss her a lot Gods speed Pauline and say hello to Paul and Johnny for me
