Graveside services will be held Friday at 11:30 a.m. at Beaver Dams Cemetery, Beaver Dams, N.Y. Rev. Timothy R. Bennett, Pastor of Main Street Baptist Church, will officiate. Arrangements are by the Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home, Inc., 71 Main St., Binghamton, N.Y. 13905. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Main Street Baptist Church, 117 Main St., Binghamton, N.Y. 13905.

My condolences to Bill's family, it seems strange to think of both he and Lucy gone. Bill was a good dependable man and pardon the pun, a cool man. I met him years ago through his brothers in laws who were neighbors in Watkins Glen. Steady and dependable would describe him very well. It was an honor to know him.
