An era has passed. A beloved generation has left us to continue their legacy. Our childhood memories sustain us as we deal with life's happy and sad moments. Such are our feelings when someone we hold dear, like Ann Whitelonis, is gone. Whether it was the summer picnics at Ross Park or the Christmas parties at the Whitelonis's, Potak's or Shaheen's, we, just neighborhood friends, became a family due to the loving attitude of Gerry, Rosie, Theresa, and Ann. May God welcome them into His Home. Thanks to all for the memories we share.
Love,

Gary and Mary Shaheen

Dear Whitelonis family: Mary and I just learned that Annie passed away and are both saddened by the news and regretful that we were not in town to attend the services. Annie will always have a special warm place in our hearts as a dear person Gary grew up knowing and Mary came to know. We have truly lost a dear member of our family. Our prayers and best wishes go out to all of you now and in the future. Love-Mary and Gary

Dear Friends:

We too were sad to hear about your Mother's passing, but know there must be a wonderful reunion going on in heaven. They are all together now and probably playing a game of put and take! Thank you for mentioning our Mother, Theresa. Coincidentally, Annie died on my Mother's birthday (Aug. 27th). I was thinking about my Mom that day and this past weekend was telling friends about the good times we had with your family, including the times at Harvey's Lake. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. (From Ann (Anna Mae Patrick) & Les Smith and Theresa Patrick)

P.S. I called my sister Mary last night. She will probably send her own greeting.

Carol, Louise, Mike, Ann, & John,

I am so sad to hear about your mom's death, and I am deeply touched that my mom is mentioned in the obituary. That quartet of women were such steadfast friends, and would do anything for one another! Please let me know the funeral arrangements and what I can do to help you during this time.

Love to all,
Cindy (Potak) Bundy (I was married a few weeks ago, on 8/1.)
