Donald R. Rafferty, 44, formerly of Binghamton, N.Y., died unexpectedly on August 26, 2008. A service will be held at Fischer-Scholder Funeral Home, Inc., at 269 Chenango Street, Binghamton, N.Y. on Sunday, September 7 at 9:00 a.m.
