Dorothy May Birtch
formerly of Kirkwood
Dorothy May Birtch, 83, of Nicholson, Pa., died Monday, September 15, 2008 at Community Medical Center in Scranton, Pa. She was born in Exeter Twp., Pa., the daughter of the late Basil Kocher and Edna Harrison and her husband, Raymond D. Birtch, Sr. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl and Gary Sutton, Nicholson, Pa., Constance and Burton Gebo, Binghamton; one son, Earl Birtch, Chenango Forks; ten grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was a retired employee of McDonald's Corp.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 44 Exchange St., Binghamton, with the Rev. Michael Maynard officiating. Burial will be in Conklin Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home, Saturday from 10 - 11 a.m. Those wishing may make memorial contributions to the Humane Society, 2 Jackson St., Binghamton, N.Y. 13903.

There are some hurts we never get over Heath... We just learn to live with the pain. I dont know where i heard that at. But its true. Losing someone we love is never easy. Taking things One day at a time and sometimes one hour at a time are the best we can do. My heart and prayers go out to you and your family.
